The oil sludge is kind of waste coming from various sources such as the oilfield drilling waste, refinery waste, crude oil tanker bottom residual etc. The treatment of oil sludge is getting more and more attention as the environmental deterioration and energy consumption. This week, GN shipped out the fabrication of the customized sludge vacuum pump that would be used for bilge cleaning in a shipyard.
The sludge vacuum pump is a kind of transferring pump fully driven by air, thus no need any electricity. For hazardous or frame proof area, this pump is an ideal solution for multiform material transferring including liquid, low solid content slurry, high solid content wet sludge and even dry powder or gravels.

This week, GN finished the screw press fabrication for a client from South America and will ship out soon. As a sludge dewatering solution provider, GN is able to self-design and manufacture the screw press with standard configuration or according to clients’ requirements.

The oil sludge treatment package equipment is mainly used for oily sludge 3 phase separation. Currently, the company launched the leasing solution for pilot system.
