GN high-frequency vibrating screen for Southeast Asia tin tailings dewatering project

Recently, GN sent a high-frequency vibrating screen to client's work site in Southeast Asia for the final dewatering work after tin ore beneficiation.
In this order, client chose the single-layer high-frequency vibrating fine screen with screen deck vibration frequency of 25Hz. It is often used in some industries for wet screening, grading, and dewatering of fine-grained materials, such as mining, coal preparation, etc.

The GNFG1021 single-layer high-frequency vibrating screen is equipped with 2 vibration motors, the screen deck is divided into 3 sections, and the screen machine is equipped with 3 flexible screen meshs as a whole.
GN single-layer high-frequency fine screen has the following characteristics:
1. When design the high-frequency fine screen, GN adopts the principle of double vibration motor self-synchronization, and uses a single vibration source to make the overall screen deck move in a linear motion. The vibration motor is selected from Martin or OLI brands, using internationally renowned brands for quality assurance and enabling customers to obtain the same motor from local distributors for later maintenance and repair.
2. The screen deck is divided into multiple sections internally, from the feeding end to the discharge end, the height of each section of the screen deck is sequentially reduced, allowing the material to move quickly on the screen, thereby improving processing capacity and screening efficiency. A spray pipe is also equipped on the screen deck, which can spray water at a certain frequency to re-pulp the materials on the screen surface to increase material fluidity and improve separation efficiency.

3. GN single-layer high-frequency fine screen is equipped with flexible polyurethane screen mesh, which is fixed and tensioned using pulling bolts on both sides of the screen deck, making installation and disassembly simple and convenient. Good elasticity and non-clogging are the advantages of polyurethane flexible screen mesh, with an average lifespan of about 6 months.
4. For each unit of the high frequency fine screen, GN provides dedicated tool kit for the installation and disassembly of the screen mesh.
5. In order to ensure the working lifetime of the equipment, GN high-frequency vibrating screen adopts polyurea resin spraying process for the wetting parts of the screen deck. The excellent physical and anti-corrosion properties of polyurea coating make the screen deck suitable for materials with strong corrosion and wear resistance.

In addition to single-layer high-frequency vibrating screen, GN can also produce stack vibrating screen. For more information about mining screens, please feel free to contact GN Separation at any time.
