    Working Principle of Flip-Flow Vibrating Screen

    • Flip-Flow Vibrating Screen adopts the principle of double mass near resonance; A single drive generates a double vibration.
    • The main vibrating screen frame is driven by the exciting force to perform basic vibration. The floating screen frame and the main vibrating screen frame are connected with the shear spring to perform relative movement in the near resonance state.
    • One end of the polyurethane screen mesh is fixed on the fixed beam and the other end is fixed on the floating beam. The relative movement of the fixed beam and the floating beam causes the screen to stretch and stretch continuously, which can transmit very high acceleration to the material, so that the material can be fully thrown up and layered.
