A Russian client ordered a Decanter Centrifuge (2 phase, for separing Solid and Liquid), with bowl diameter about 360mm and Max Bowl Speed 3200RPM, now it is ready in our work plant for final shipment. 

This Russian client plans to use our Centrifgue for removing fine solids from drilling waste, about 2~5 microns, while recovering drilling fluid for drilling activity, which would save a big money of drilling cost. This client orders an Fixed-Speed Model, while GN can also supply VFD-Model, for changing the speed, based on clients' specified projects for different purpose. 

Recently GN shipped a group of Centrifugal Pumps for Asia’s client, for their project of Mud transferring. GN Centrifugal Pump can be widely used for transferring slurry, mud and water.The Pump is generally driven by Electrical Motor.

A Top Chinese environmental solution company ordered an complete set of Oil Sludge Treatment Plant from in 2019, now this plant is under final procedure for delivering.

Oil Sludge is a mixture of oil, water and solids, generally this oil contaminated slurry/sludge comes from Crude Oil Tank, Refinery Plant, drilling waste, etc.

The clients ususally request to recollect clean oil as much as possible for reused, while discharge the solids suitable for environment, and recover clean for reuse if possible.
