    4 Solidificatio Equipment

      1. Sludge storage hopper and solidification mixer are placed on different skids. According to the working site conditions, the two skids can be freely arranged and more flexible. According to the requirements of customers for the degree of automation, the sludge hopper can also be equipped with feed conveyor.
      2. Sludge collection hopper collects all the sludge, which is transported to the mixing chamber by the underneath screw conveyor at pre-set capacity.
      3. Lime storage box is keeping limes powder, through the tubular screw conveyor, powders are sent to the mixer at pre-set capacity. The floating platform extending from both sides of the storage box platform can be used for placing cement or quicklime pallets. Users can easily extract bagged materials and add them into the storage box to improve work efficiency. We can also design the vertical storage tank for users, which is above the hopper, and can automatically feed to meet the continuous automatic work.
      4. In the same way, curing agent kept in a box, and then sent to the mixer by tubular screw conveyor at pre-set capacity. A vertical storage tank can be also designed for user, the tank is above the hopper, and can automatically feed to meet the continuous automatic work.
      5. There are 2 liquid inlets, for water, acid, alkali and other liquid chemicals feeding, located beside the mixer inlet.
      6. The high-shear mixer mixes all the material, and push forward at the same time. When the sludge arrive the discharge port, it is already mixed sufficiently, and then discharged.

    The sludge is solidified by innovative blending technology and can be processed continually on-site. The dosing rates of the curing agent and the sludge, limes powder can be adjusted accordingly for man power saving with high efficiency.

    Generally, sludge needs to be dewatered before solidification treatment. GN is a well-known manufacturer of sludge dewatering equipment like screw press dewatering machines, dewatering decanter centrifuge, and vibrating screening dewatering machines for the treatment of different sludge.
