Four stages management for hydrovac slurry waste

First Stage is the Coarse Shale Shaker

The hydrovac slurry discharge from the vacuum truck to a hopper and feed to the coarse shale shaker for removal of big solids like rocks, gravel.

Second Stage Double Deck Fine Shaker

This double deck shale shaker is using fine shaker screen for removal of sand in the waste. The bottom deck screen is finer than the top screen. The double deck shaker dramatically increased the total screen area and capacity.

Third Stage Desilter Treatment

Desilter unit with underflow shale shaker is for removal of silt and fine solids. The hydrocyclone separate silt and discharge to the underflow drying shale shaker to discharge stackable solids.

Fourth Stage Decanter Centrifuge Treatment

Decanter centrifuge with chemical dosing unit is for removal of ultra-fine solids from the effluent discharged from hydrocyclone. And the water can be reused for the hydrovac operation or dilution of the waste.
