The core equipment of this project, the GN GNDL302 Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine, is a new generation of sludge extrusion dewatering equipment. It utilizes the principle of screw extrusion to achieve continuous solid-liquid separation. Through the strong squeezing force generated by the gradual changes in screw diameter and screw pitch, together with the narrow gap between floating rings and fixed rings, the equipment effectively removes water from sludge and produces drier sludge cake.

Compared with traditional sludge dewatering equipment, GN screw press sludge dewatering machines feature compact structure, low energy consumption, stable operation, and easy maintenance. The self-cleaning design of the floating and fixed ring system reduces the risk of clogging and allows continuous operation with minimal water consumption. These advantages make GN screw presses suitable for a wide range of applications, including municipal wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, food processing, chemical industries, and other sludge management projects.

In this project, the GNSJY2000 Chemical Dosing Unit is integrated with the sludge dewatering system to provide accurate and stable polymer preparation and dosing. Proper chemical conditioning plays an important role in improving sludge flocculation performance and enhancing solid-liquid separation efficiency. By optimizing the interaction between chemical dosing and mechanical dewatering, the system can achieve better dewatering performance and more reliable operation.

GN Dewatering System combines chemical conditioning technology with advanced separation equipment to meet different customer requirements. For wastewater treatment applications, conventional mechanical separation methods are generally effective for removing particles in the range of approximately 2–5 microns. However, it becomes more challenging to separate finer suspended particles. By using GN Chemical Dosing Unit together with high-efficiency separation equipment, ultrafine particles in wastewater can be effectively captured and separated, helping customers achieve stricter discharge standards and improved treatment performance.

Before delivery, the complete system underwent strict inspection and testing at GN’s manufacturing facility to ensure that all components met technical requirements and customer expectations. GN’s engineering team also provided professional technical support during the project execution, including equipment configuration, operation guidance, and documentation preparation.

As a professional manufacturer of separation equipment, GN Separation continues to provide customized solid-liquid separation solutions for customers around the world. With advanced technology, reliable equipment quality, and extensive project experience, GN is committed to helping industries achieve more efficient, economical, and sustainable wastewater treatment.
