One Batch of Screw Press and Chemical Dosing Unit for Overseas Customer
GN Separation recently completed the delivery of one batch of sludge dewatering equipment and chemical dosing units for an overseas customer. The shipment includes GN Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machines and Automatic Chemical Dosing Units, which will be applied in industrial sludge treatment projects to improve dewatering efficiency and reduce operating costs.
GN Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine is an economical and environmentally friendly sludge treatment equipment. It adopts the principle of screw extrusion to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation. Through the strong squeezing force generated by the changing screw diameter and screw pitch, together with the tiny gaps between the fixed rings and moving rings, the sludge can be continuously thickened and dewatered.
Compared with traditional dewatering equipment, GN screw press has the advantages of low energy consumption, automatic operation, stable performance, and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in municipal wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, oil sludge treatment, food processing, chemical industry, and many other fields.
The GN Screw Press Dewatering System mainly consists of a fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering unit, and filtrate collection tank. With advanced automatic control technology, the system can realize fully automatic flocculation preparation and continuous sludge dewatering operation. The filtrate liquid after treatment can be recycled or discharged according to project requirements.
Along with the screw press unit, GN also supplied an Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit. The dosing system is designed for convenient and continuous preparation of polymer chemicals. The main body of the dosing unit is made of stainless steel and divided into three compartments, including the Preparation Stage, Curing Stage, and Storage Stage.
During operation, the operator only needs to add dry powder chemicals into the preparation tank and start the system. The mixture of chemical and water first enters the stirring dissolving tank for complete mixing. After that, the solution flows into the curing tank for further maturation and mixing. Finally, the prepared chemical solution enters the storage tank and can be delivered to the dosing point automatically by the dosing pump.
