One Batch of Mining Vibrating Screens Used for Iron Ore Separation in Ports

GN Separation has recently completed the delivery and commissioning of one batch of mining vibrating screens for iron ore separation at port facilities. The supplied equipment includes a single-layer High Frequency Fine Vibrating Screen GNFG1232 and a Large Linear Vibrating Screen GNLSZ3061. These screens are designed to optimize wet screening, slag separation, and dewatering processes, helping port operators improve efficiency and replace traditional screening solutions.

GN High Frequency Vibrating Screens are mainly suitable for wet screening, classification, and dewatering of fine-grained materials in mineral processing, coal preparation, and other industrial applications. This series is a self-developed product by GN, based on the advanced two-degree-of-freedom resonance principle. The screen is designed to use a single vibration source, driven by dual imported vibration motors, to realize stable and uniform linear vibration of the entire screen body.

Thanks to this unique design, the GN high frequency vibrating screen features a large effective screening area, adjustable screen box angle, compact overall structure, and excellent performance-to-cost ratio. Its unique vibration mode ensures energy-saving operation while maintaining high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. With advanced technology, simple structure, and stable and reliable operation, GN high frequency vibrating screens are recognized as one of the most advanced solutions in the field of fine-grained material screening. The screen surface adopts durable polyurethane screen mesh, offering long service life, strong wear resistance, and consistent screening accuracy under wet operating conditions.

In addition to fine screening, the supplied batch also includes the Large Linear Vibrating Screen GNLSZ3061, which is mainly used for dewatering of iron ore materials. GN large linear vibrating screens are composed of a box-type vibration exciter, screen box, vibration damping springs, support structure, and driving device. The vibration amplitude track is linear, allowing effective water removal and stable material conveying across the screen surface.

The large linear vibrating screen can be arranged horizontally or at an inclined angle according to site requirements. It is widely used in wet classification, dewatering, demineralization, tailings dry discharge, and other process stages in mineral processing, coal preparation, gravel aggregate, building materials, chemical industry, and related sectors. The screen surface structure can be configured as single-layer or double-layer, and the screen unit model can be customized based on specific customer processing capacity and application demands.

This successful delivery further demonstrates GN Separation’s strong engineering capability and rich experience in providing customized separation and screening solutions for port operations and the mining industry. GN remains committed to continuous innovation, reliable product quality, and professional service to support customers worldwide in improving production efficiency and achieving sustainable operations.
