This customer is an engineering company engaged in river and lake dredging work. The purpose of using the separation equipment is to clean the sediment at the bottom of the lake, in order to achieve dredging and environmental protection purposes.

For example, in dredging sludge dewatering projects, the sludge extracted from the bottom of the river needs to be gradually dewatered, and the dewatering equipment for each step is different. Dewatering centrifuge is the core equipment in sludge dewatering, which can effectively separate insoluble solid particles from sludge and play a role in clarifying river water. For sludge entering, the dewatering centrifuges generally require the solid phase size to be below 2mm. Therefore, the initial sludge needs to be filtered to remove coarse particles, and GN high-frequency vibrating screen can meet this application well. Therefore, in this project, the customer also orders a certain number of vibrating screens from GN.

In addition to separation equipment, sludge feeding and slag discharge also require some conveying equipment. GN Separation also provides customers with equipment such as sand pumps and screw conveyors, meeting their one-stop procurement needs and greatly saving customers' time.
