GN Separation Will Participate the CCME 2025

The global mining industry is set to converge in Beijing this October for the 21st China Coal & Mining Expo (CCME 2025), a premier event dedicated to advancing coal and mineral extraction technologies.

Scheduled to take place at the Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shunyi, Beijing, from October 28 to 31, 2025, CCME 2025 will attract exhibitors from domestic and abroad, including leading manufacturers, technology providers, and industry experts. The four-day exhibition will focus on sustainable mining practices, automation, and equipment innovation, offering attendees access to cutting-edge solutions for coal mining.

Among the exhibitors, GN Separation will show at Booth A4601 with a lineup of equipment designed to address critical challenges in coal preparation, tailings management, and underground mining operations.

1. Large Flip-Flow Vibrating Screen
At the heart of GN Separation’s exhibition will be its Large Flip-Flow Vibrating Screen, a kind of screening technology for fine-grained and sticky materials. Traditional vibrating screens often struggle with clogging and inefficient separation when processing fine coal, wet ore, or clay-rich materials. GN’s flip-flow design overcomes the limitations of clogging and inefficient separation by combining a flexible polyurethane screen surface with an double mass near resonance working principle. This mechanism prevents blinding and pegging, ensuring consistent throughput. In coal mining, the equipment is particularly valuable for pre-screening raw coal before washing, reducing the load on downstream processes.

2. Tailing Dewatering Decanter Centrifuge
Tailings disposal remains one of the mining industry’s most pressing environmental challenges. GN Separation’s Tailing Dewatering Decanter offers a sustainable solution by reducing water content in mine waste to separate solids from liquids, producing a dry, stackable cake that minimizes land use and leachate risks. In coal preparation plants, the decanter centrifuge enables the recycling of process water to cut freshwater consumption.
With a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters per hour, the decanter is ideal for mid-to-large-scale operations seeking to optimize waste management while complying with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

3. Underground Coal Sump Slurry Separation System
Underground mining environments pose unique challenges, including limited space, water inflow, and the need for rapid slurry handling. GN Separation’s Underground Coal Sump Slurry Dewatering System integrates a compact decanter centrifuge with a pre-screening module to treat muddy water generated during roadway tunneling, coal extraction, and dust suppression.
The system processes slurry by separating coarse solids via a screening cyclone combination unit, and then the slurry will be transferred to dewatering centrifuge for fine particles separation. This process effectively eliminates the need for manual sump dredging, ensures unobstructed mine drainage, and supports safe, efficient, and eco-friendly mining operations. Typically featuring a modular design, the system allows for easy transportation, installation, and relocation to enable mobile use.
