Recently, GN Separation has successfully completed the manufacture and factory testing of two decanter centrifuges, destined for European clients just before the festive season of Chinese New Year.
The two decanter centrifuges in question are models GNLW364 and GNLW454, featuring bowl diameters of 360mm and 450mm respectively. These medium-sized models are industry favorites, widely recognized for their versatility and efficiency. Designed to cater to the requirements of smaller wastewater treatment plants, these centrifuges not only meet operational standards but also offer the flexibility of being installed within containers to create mobile sludge dewatering systems. This compact design allows users to easily relocate their equipment, adapting to various work environments with minimal disruption.
This week, GN Separation is acting on the factory testing for two units of high-speed tubular centrifuges destined for an overseas client's facility. These centrifuges will be used for the separation of fermentation broths.
The tubular centrifuges in question, model GNGQ150, are engineered to operate at an impressive rotational speed of 14,000 RPM, generating a separation factor of up to 15,000G. This performance allows for highly efficient solid-liquid separation, a crucial process in the production of various biopharmaceuticals, enzymes, and other biological products derived from fermentation processes.
Recently, GN Separation has successfully completed the assembly of a containerized sludge dewatering system tailored for oil-contaminated soil remediation. This system will be dispatched to a client site in the Middle East, represents a approach to managing the sludge generated during soil washing processes, particularly in the context of oil spill cleanups and industrial site rehabilitations.
