GN New Type Dewatering Vibrating Screen for Mineral Treatment

Recently, GN completed the assembly and factory test run of a dewatering vibrating screen used for mineral treatment, the model is GNLMZ1836 with screen area 6.48 square meters. Dewatering vibrating screen for minerals is a product launched by GN in order to meet the growing market demand and the company's strategic plan for rapid development. GN dewatering vibrating screen is widely used in mineral processing, coal preparation, building materials, metallurgy and chemical industries. In the mineral processing industry, it is commonly used for de-sliming, dewatering, media removal and tailings dry discharge treatment of iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, coal mine and other materials.

GN mineral dewatering vibrating screen is equipped with two vibrating motors to make the screen body move linearly by using the reverse self-synchronization principle. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate synchronously, transmitting the force to the minerals on the screen, and the impacted materials are thrown up on the screen surface for solid-liquid separation and separation of coarse and fine particles.

In the mineral processing industry, the screened material usually has a high solid content and a large proportion of solid phase, which requires the vibrating screen deck structure to have high strength and anti-wear design. GN has fully taken these requirements into consideration. Therefore, when designing the dewatering vibrating screen for mineral treatment application, the non-welded wallboard is adopted. The steel plate with better impact toughness and cold bending property is selected, and the imported HUCK rivets are used for hydraulic tensioning assembly. This advanced design makes the wallboard free of welding residual stress and material defects, and avoids the reduction of fatigue strength of wallboard due to the above defects. In terms of anti-wear, the flow-through parts and easy to wear parts are sprayed with polyurea by using American imported spraying machine, which is corrosion-resistant, erosion resistant and wear-resistant.

On one hand, the performance of dewatering vibrating screen is reflected in the durability of the main structure; on the other hand, it is reflected in the screening capacity. GN mineral dewatering vibrating screen adopts modular polyurethane screen panels. The positions of the screen panels can be changed at will to maximize the utilization rate of the screen panels, which can meet the customer's on-site use conditions and environment. It can also be customized to meet the customer's special practical application requirements. By installing polyurethane screen panels with different mesh sizes, the dewatering function of various materials can be realized. The polyurethane screen panel is connected with the rail seat by a convenient fastening structure, and the rail seat is fixed by the specific profile of GN Company. The advantage of this structure is that it makes the installation and replacement of the screen panel more convenient and fast under the condition of ensuring sufficient connection strength, so as to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
