GN 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screen for Overseas Customer
GN Separation is pleased to announce the delivery of a 5-deck Stack Vibrating Screen to an overseas customer, providing an efficient and compact screening solution for demanding solids processing applications.

The GN Stack Vibrating Screen adopts a dual-motor self-synchronization principle, allowing the screen box assembly to generate stable linear motion. This design provides consistent screening performance and helps maintain smooth operation under continuous working conditions. For this overseas project, the 5-deck configuration allows multiple screening stages to be integrated into one machine, significantly increasing the screening area and processing capacity without requiring a large installation footprint.
Compared with conventional vibrating screens, the multi-layer design of the GN Stack Vibrating Screen provides a higher screening capacity per unit of floor area. It is particularly suitable for applications where space is limited but high throughput and accurate separation are required. At the same time, the optimized vibration system helps reduce power consumption and dynamic loads, contributing to efficient and stable operation.
Another important advantage is the use of polyurethane screen panels. The elastic polyurethane material provides good wear resistance and flexibility, while helping reduce blinding and blockage during operation. Depending on the screening requirements, two or three screen panels can be installed in each single-layer screen box, allowing the equipment to be configured for different separation requirements. The screen panels are secured using pull-bolt components, making replacement and maintenance convenient while ensuring reliable fastening during operation.

For overseas projects, equipment durability and adaptability to challenging environments are also important considerations. GN applies a professional sandblasting surface treatment followed by heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating to enhance the corrosion resistance of the equipment. For surfaces in direct contact with the processed material, a polyurea resin wear-resistant and anti-corrosion layer can be applied to provide additional protection against abrasion and corrosion, helping extend the service life of the screening equipment.
The vibration system can be equipped with internationally recognized vibration motors, including Martin or OLI motors, providing reliable performance and long trouble-free operating time. Combined with GN’s robust structural design and straightforward maintenance requirements, the Stack Vibrating Screen is built for continuous industrial operation.
The delivery of this 5-deck Stack Vibrating Screen demonstrates GN Separation’s capability to provide customized screening solutions for overseas customers, from equipment configuration and screening media selection to surface protection and overall system design. GN works closely with customers to understand their material characteristics, capacity requirements, separation targets and site conditions before recommending the most suitable screening configuration.
With its compact design, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity and reliable operation, GN Stack Vibrating Screen is an effective choice for customers seeking to improve screening performance while optimizing installation space and operating costs.
GN Separation continues to develop and supply professional solids separation equipment for customers worldwide, supporting a wide range of applications in mining, environmental treatment, industrial processing and other demanding industries.
