A Batch of GNSP20B Solids Vacuum Pumps Ready for Shipment
GN Separation is pleased to announce that a batch of GNSP20B Solids Vacuum Pumps has been completed and is now ready for shipment to an international customer. This shipment highlights GN’s continued commitment to providing reliable and efficient solids transfer solutions for demanding industrial applications.
The GNSP20B is a compact, robust, and efficient vacuum pump capable of loading materials using up to 25 inHg of vacuum and delivering them over distances of more than 500 meters, depending on the material characteristics and system configuration. Its pneumatic operating principle enables safe and flexible operation in a wide range of industrial environments.
GN Solids Vacuum Pumps are available in several standard capacities, including 10 m³/h, 20 m³/h, and 40 m³/h, allowing customers to select a suitable model according to their required transfer capacity. For projects requiring higher capacity or centralized material transfer, GN can also design and manufacture a group pump unit mounted on a single skid, integrating multiple vacuum pumps and associated components into a compact and convenient system.
With their strong material-handling capabilities, GN Solids Vacuum Pumps are widely used across industries. Typical applications include thickener de-sludging, tunneling and TBM operations, sump and shaft cleaning, tailings and ash pond cleaning, digester and pond cleaning, oil spill capture and transfer, and under-belt spillage cleanup.
