High G Force Tubular Centrifuge Shipped to Europe Client

Recently, GN arranged to ship out one set of tubular centrifuge with high speed and high G force. This unit will be sent to Europe and used in a scientific laboratory. The model of centrifuge is GNGQ142, which is the largest high-speed tubular centrifuge that GN provides at present. It is mainly used for solid-liquid separation.

The GNGQ142 tubular centrifuge is equipped with a 142mm diameter rotor with a speed of 14000rpm and a separation factor of 15760 G force. In the definition of model, GQ means solid-liquid separation. The main purpose of selecting this type of machine is to obtain a clearer liquid or recover valuable ultrafine solid particles suspended in the liquid. If two liquid phases with different specific gravity need to be separated, GNGF series separation model is recommended.

GN tubular centrifuge adopts bottom feeding mode, and different feeding pressure and feeding flow can be obtained by adjusting the size of feeding nozzle. The rotor is made of stainless steel 316L. The enclosure is of cast iron, and the inner and outer surfaces are wrapped with stainless steel 304, with a high-end appearance. GNGQ142 model adopts square enclosure and door opening design, which simplifies the disassembly and assembly process of rotor and improves work efficiency. In laboratory use, for some special materials, such as fermentation broth and pharmaceutical products, the material temperature usually needs to be considered when using equipment for treatment. This GNGQ142 tubular centrifuge in this order is equipped with a cooling coil made of red copper. By connecting the cooling medium in customer scope, the slurry temperature can be controlled in a certain range to avoid damaging the slurry properties.

In addition to high-speed tubular centrifuges, GN can also provide decanter centrifuges and disc stack separators for different working conditions and processing capacity requirements. For more information about high speed tubular centrifuge, please contact GN Separation.
