In the process of ore mining, some ore powder and water mixture need to be cleaned in time or transported to other places, which requires a professional equipment to complete this work. GN solid vacuum pump is a fully air driving pump; It does not need electricity in the working process, and there are no moving parts in the internal space of the pump body, so it can be used in some fields with explosion-proof requirements. Its power comes from an external air source. In the remote working field, usually an air compressor needs to be equipped. Its working principle is to make the high-speed air pass through the venturi bag to form a negative pressure inside the pump body, and then open the feed valve to suck the material; then, high-pressure air is fed into the pump body to push out the material from the outlet of the pump body. Its working form is suction and discharge. The on-site operators can set the suction and discharge time according to the specific conditions of materials and the suction and discharge distance, so as to achieve the highest work efficiency.
According to different conveying capacity and working condition requirements, users can choose different models of GN solid vacuum pump. At present, it is divided into 5m3/hr, 10m3/hr, 20m3/hr and 40m3/hr. Three of the smaller models are equipped with wheels and handles, which have strong mobility and can be easily pushed to move on site. The largest model is designed as skid mounted structure, with stronger power and stronger stability. According to the control mode, it can be divided into automatic control type and manual control type. GNSP40B model has two control modes, and other models are only equipped with automatic control mode.
