In the expo, GN will show some of the main equipment in GN production line. Below is a brief introduction to GN industrial separation and conveying equipment.

1. Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge- There are three kind of main equipment used for sludge dewatering, the dewatering centrifuge is one of them. With a high speed rotating bowl, it uses the centrifugal force to separate the solids and liquid based on different density. In the show, the model will be shown is GNLW554 with 22 inch bowl diameter. Besides the solids-liquid 2 phase separation decanter centrifuge, GN will show there 3 phase decanter centrifuge GNLWS364 that can used for light liquid, heavy liquid and solids separation. In consideration on the protection of parts, GN adopts the tungsten carbide plates and bushing for screw blade and solids discharging port protection, which extends the service life of the machine.

2. Disc Stack Separator- The disc stack separator is also called disc stack centrifuge that is always running at a higher speed even higher that decanter centrifuge. Therefore, the disc stack separator is always installed after the decanter centrifuge to separator ultra-fine solids that cannot be removed by using the decanter centrifuge. Comparing with the decanter centrifuge, disc stack separator can produce much higher centrifugal force for slurry clarifying purpose or oil waster separation. The slurry feeding to the disc separator is normally with solids concentration lower than 5%, otherwise the machine will be at the risk of blocking inside and high frequency dismantling for maintenance.

3. Solid Vacuum Pump- GN will show there 2 models of the solid vacuum pump as of GNSP40 and GNSP10 with different outline and capacity. All the models of GN solid vacuum pump are as of structure compact for easy onsite layout. For smaller capacity, the GNSP10 is with wheels that makes the operators can move the equipment conveniently on site. All models can run automatically with the preset suction and discharging time, while the model GNSP40 can also be operated manually. It is a kind of fully pneumatic driving machine suitable for multi type material transferring like high fluidity liquid, lower fluidity slurry and even solid powder and gravels.
