    Part 1 High Frequency Vibrating Screen

    GN high frequency vibrating screen is kind common screening equipment in the field of mud treatment. GN high-G vibrating screen model is divided into 2, 3, 4 and 5 screen panels according to the size, with a screen area from 1.35 square meters to 3.4 square meters. According to the material screening requirements, GN high-G vibrating screen can choose stainless steel welded gap screen panel, polyurethane screen panel or stainless steel wire mesh screen panel.

    Part 2 Tandem Deck Vibrating Screen

    GN tandem deck vibrating screen is composed of two decks in tandem. The upper deck filters the coarse particles, and then the filtrate falls onto the lower deck for fine particles filtering. GN tandem deck vibrating screen can be used in both wet separation and dry separation. According to the characteristics of the feeding material, back weir box feeder, top hopper feeder, or top box feeder can be optional. The vibration motion of GN tandem deck vibrating screen can be adjusted based on the working conditions to realize linear motion or elliptical motion. Wedge wire screen panel, polyurethane screen panel or stainless steel wire mesh screen can be used to meet the screening requirements of different particle types of the feeding material.

    4 Tandem Deck Vibrating Screen

    TANDEM DECK VIBRATING SCREEN WORKFLOW DESCRIPTION: The tandem vibrating screen adopts upper-lower double-deck design, which realizes the feeding material to be screened from upper deck to lower deck in turn, the upper deck for coarse particles, and the lower for fine particles. After the feeding material passes through the upper coarse screen, it falls onto the lower screen for fine separation.

    GN Parallel Deck Vibrating Screen is composed of upper and lower layers in parallel. Generally, the cut point of the upper screen and lower screen are the same. The upper and lower screens are feed separately. After screening and filtration, the liquid separately flow into the collecting box. GN parallel deck vibrating screen is used for wet separation, rather than dry separation. According to the characteristics of materials, weir type feeding hopper or top box feeding hopper can be selected for option. The vibration track of GN parallel deck vibrating screen can be adjusted according to the working conditions to realize linear motion or elliptical motion. The parallel deck vibrating screen is usually made of stainless steel wire mesh screen, which is used to screen out solid with size of 38 to 2000 microns in liquid-solid mixture.

    PARALLEL DECK VIBRATING SCREEN WORKFLOW DESCRIPTION

    Parallel design allows the feed flowing into the upper and lower screens with same cut point at the same time for separate vibration screening. After being screened by the upper screens, the filtrate falls into the buffer platter and then flows directly to the collection box at the base of the equipment. The filtrate coming from lower screen also flows to the collection box.
